Daniel is a Marine Corps Veteran with over two decades experience leading transformative technology, data orchestration, and acquisition programs within the US Federal Government including the National Guard Bureau, Homeland Security, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. 

The size and scope of his efforts range from individual contributor, to managing globally-dispersed teams of multi-disciplinary experts. All-hazards risk mitigation balanced with cross-jurisdictional and regulatory compliance. All phases of the acquisition lifecycle for hundreds of contracts, and large multi-million dollar multi-tenant agreements. All phases of the software development lifecycle from custom to commercial-off-the-shelf, and operationalizing data in alignment with legacy and emerging technology. All which demonstrate Daniel’s proven track record of establishing and enhancing programs in organizations to realize year-on-year record-setting metrics, implementing first-generation and award-winning solutions, and simultaneously achieving progress on strategic goals towards operational resilience and sustainability. 

Daniel lives in the Baltimore-Washington DC Metropolitan area, is a certified Scrum Product Owner and holds a Master of Internet Business from <ISDI> Digital University. He is a native Texan and practicing Futurist that enjoys spending time with family, being active outdoors, and reading.
